I made “The 818 Session” while pursuing my master’s in Specialized Journalism (The Arts) ’12 at USC Annenberg. The 15-minute documentary was chosen to participate in two dance film festivals. It screened at the 15th Annual Dances With Films on June 1 at 2:45 p.m. at the Chinese 6 Theatres in Hollywood, Calif.
It screened on June 29 between at LACMA as part of the Dance Camera West Dance Media Film Festival.
